    1. A Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Community Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field (required)

    Required Skills:

    • Independence in their field, managing paperwork, and managing time

    • Carrying supplies for sessions (up to 20lbs), bend, twist, sit, and stand

    • Ability to take feedback

    • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

    Preferred Skills:

    • Prior knowledge and use of HIPAA guidelines

    • Crisis management skills

    • Proficiency in Google Workspace

    • Spanish-speaking

  • $40-45/hour

    Minimum qualifications:

    1. A Master’s degree in Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Community Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field (required)

    2. Minimum 2 years experience with people with I/DD

    3. 1 year supervising experience

    4. Preferred: 1 year instructional experience

    5. Preferred: experience facilitating groups

    • Demonstrates an inclusive and open mindset regarding gender, identity, and diversity, fostering a supportive and affirming environment

    • Preferred: 1 year instructional experience

    • Preferred: experience facilitating groups

      • Independence with fieldwork, managing paperwork, and managing time effectively

    Minimum qualifications:

    1. Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Community Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, School Counseling or related specialty.

    2. Registered and in good standing with the Board of Behavioral Sciences as an AMFT

    3. Minimum 1 yrs. experience with people with I/DD

    4. Demonstrates an inclusive and open mindset regarding culture, gender, identity, and diversity, fostering a supportive and affirming environment

    5. Preferred: 1 year instructional experience

    6. Preferred: experience facilitating groups

      • Experience working with clients who have a history of trauma

      • Proficiency in Google Workspace
